My mother contacted Mason General after a terrible accident occurred at our home- a neighbor’s vehicle crashed into the yard, destroying brickwork, a full garden, and iron fencing. When we reached out, we were answered promptly and professionally. They helped us through the entire process and were so patient with the insurance process which took very long to resolve. They were patient and understanding and came right away once things from the accident were finally resolved. The work they did was INCREDIBLE!!! The debris from the accident was cleared, our bricks look brand new and beautiful, and they were able to keep the exact same design we had prior to the accident. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I have a damaged brick wall in my front yard and need to change my backyard to concrete . Ray is very profession and nice. He rebuild my wall and did a great job on brick pointing for my wall. My backyard floor is nice and clean. He did power wash after the brick pointing and the wall is not brand new one. The price is very reasonable compare to other contractors.
